First and foremost let me start by saying I am not a fan of gossip, I dont really read the trashy mags or tabloids but since this John Terry story has surfaced I only want to worst for him. The whole court ruling he attempted was only to save his endoresments, not his marrage. No wonder so many men cheat in this world with such “role models” as John Terry, so called leader of our National Football team, sleeping with a team mates wife.
Anyways, the reason for this post is because I heard some gossip through the grapevine (I do work in PR after all) that I would like to share – not because I find it interestimg, but it would be interesting if what I have heard is right, and in reality the only people that win from this whole story is the tabloids…. and Max Cliffords pocket!
So here it goes, apparently the News of the World have won the bidding war to tell all on Vanessa Perroncel’s affair with John Terry & the following will be revealed this Sunday:
Not only did Vanessa Peroncell sleep with John Terry behind his wife’s back, but also with Ashley Cole behind Cheryl.. hmmm Scandalous!
So there you have it folks, my first and last gossip post. No doubt I am way off the mark, but hey it would be interesting to see what happens!
I dont usually do this, but I have decided to have a little Monday afternoon rant – this morning I was cold and now I am just angry/upset at how terrible Aviva customer service is.
Its Monday morning and I have had goose bumps for the last 2 hours, my car windscreen has a very large crack in it, the wing mirror has officially snapped off which is now homed in the boot of my car & this man is offically a legend in the world of dance.
If this isn’t enough to get yourself off your chair and dance yourself warm, I dont know what is!
Having struggled with the Sigma 28-300 f3.5-6.3 for some outdoor horse photography – trying to achieve indoor horse photos good enough for the magazine was near impossible! Come October, the majority of Horse events are taken indoors and quite rightly so. However, if any of you have ever been to a local indoor horse show you will agree with me when I say that they are nothing more than a big shed with a few lights – not ideal for those wishing to take photos.
With this is mind, it was time to get a 50mm f1.8 II prime and finally be able to achieve some low light shots. At only £81 from Amazon, it wasn’t going to break the bank – plus its had such rave reviews it would be silly not to if it were the difference between a virtually black print and one that is correctly exposed.
Photography for me has always been a hobby, a way for me to express myself with digital stills. I would be lying if I said I am photographer, I am merely an image scavenger with a camera habit. For me, creative observation is only a starting point, digital technology is jumping leaps and bounds and with it I can make any subject my own. I believe in freedom to capture and record whatever one sees. I may not be a camera but in my experience what started life as snaps may end up as art. But all this could start to change; I may one day make it as a photographer.
It’s a new year and everyone is perky again in the office. This morning we had our usual “what have you be doing this week” meeting and interestingly enough, Bloggers were a HOT topic. With the growth of digital and the role it plays on society, PR’s have finally began to realise how important bloggers are. I thought it was time to introduce the team to the PR Spammers website & of course Gina’s PR blacklist. With the Christmas party season well under way SABMiller has revealed the celebrities that beer loving Brits would most like to share a festive pint with. Stephen Fry and Cheryl Cole come out on top in the poll, just ahead Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson and actress Angelina Jolie. The Queen even got a mention, but I couldn’t imagine the Queen sipping down a pint of lager at the local battle cruiser!
